At Crave 'n Crunch, our cookies are lovingly baked fresh to order using only the finest, carefully selected ingredients. Unlike mass-produced options, each cookie is crafted with passion and attention to detail, ensuring a unique, homemade taste and texture you won't find anywhere else.

 

Are your cookies baked fresh to order?

Absolutely! We believe freshness is key to an irresistible treat. Every single cookie and dessert is baked fresh specifically for your order, guaranteeing that delightful Crave 'n Crunchy quality when you pick it up.

 

Why are your orders pick-up only?

To maintain the exceptional quality and perfect condition of your treats, we offer a local pick-up service in Newark-on-Trent, United Kingdom. This ensures your order reaches you at its very best, fresh from our oven!

 

Are your recipes homemade?

Yes, indeed! All our recipes are proudly homemade and developed by our passionate bakers at Crave 'n Crunch. We pour our heart and soul into creating unique and delicious flavour combinations (give us an intriguing flavour, and we will try it, maybe even sell it...)

 

Who bakes the cookies?

Our cookies are baked with love and expertise by our dedicated baker (Alysha) right here at Crave 'n Crunch in Newark!

Are your cookies suitable for vegetarians?

All our delicious cookies and desserts are suitable for vegetarians. Please check the individual product descriptions on our 'Our treats' page for specific ingredient information, or feel free to contact us with any further questions- or just to say hi :)

 

Do you offer any dairy-free or vegan cookies?

We understand various dietary needs and are working on expanding our range! We currently dont offer a dairy-free or fully vegan option yet (we are working on it), but do offer eggless cookies to accommodate any allergies regarding eggs

 

What allergens do your cookies contain?

Depending on the cookie you're craving, the allergens may be slightly different from each other. If you want to be safe, check the allergen tab that should be under each cookie's profile page (if it isn't or doesn't hold enough information please let us know!)

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes, we do! If you're looking to place a large order for an event or a business, please contact us directly at cravencrunch.cookies@gmail.com or text us on WhatsApp to discuss your requirements and receive a custom quote.

 

Do you cater for weddings, birthdays or events?

We love being a part of your special celebrations! Crave 'n Crunch offers catering for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and more. Please visit our 'Custom orders' page or contact us directly to discuss your bespoke requirements.

Custom Orders

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Absolutely! You can add a personalised gift message if you add 'Gift Wrapping' to your order (this choice will be available before you check out). We'll handwrite your message and include it with your order to make your gift extra special. Just email us at cravencrunch.cookies@gmail.com or text us on WhatsApp 3 days before your scheduled pick up so we can discuss details!

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We offer beautiful gift wrapping options for a small additional charge. Select 'Gift Wrapping' in our products section to add a touch of elegance to your Crave 'n Crunch gift. Any other requests can be put in whilst filling out the pick up form after purchasing.

 

Do you take custom flavour requests?

We love getting creative! If you have a specific flavour in mind or a custom design for an event, please visit our 'Custom orders' page or get in touch via cravencrunch.cookies@gmail.com to discuss your ideas. We'll do our best to make your cookie dreams come true!

Pickup

How do I pick up my order?

Simple, ensure you've filled out and sent in the pickup form (a link will appear after ordering, or you can find it in your emails after ordering), and just show up at the time slot you chose. We will hand you the treats, and you can be on your way!

*We won't start making your pick-up order until you have filled out the appropriate form, so make sure you get on it!*

Storage Tips

How long should I store my cookies?

For optimal freshness, our cookies are best enjoyed within 3-5 days of arranged pickup when stored in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge (but may affect texture).

 

Can I freeze the cookies?

Yes, you can! Our cookies freeze beautifully. Wrap them individually in cling film, then place them in an airtight freezer-safe bag or container for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before enjoying.

 

Should I refrigerate my cookies?

You certainly can, but most of our cookies are best kept at room temperature. Refrigerating them can sometimes alter their texture. If a specific product requires refrigeration, it will be clearly stated in its description.

 

How do I reheat my gooey-inside cookies?

To recapture that delicious gooey centre, we recommend popping your cookie in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, or in a preheated oven at 150°C (fan 130°C / gas mark 2) for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy warm!

Payments, offers and Problems ordering?

What payment methods do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept a variety of secure payment methods online, including major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. For pick-up orders, we also accept cash or card payment upon collection if arranged beforehand.

 

Do you offer discounts or bundles?

What is your refund policy?

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection with details of the issue. We'll do our best to resolve it fairly. Our full refund policy can be found on our 'About us' page.

 

How do customers place an order and then collect their treats?

Ordering from Crave 'n Crunch is super easy! Simply browse our delicious range on 'Our treats' page, add your favourites to the basket, and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you'll be prompted to book a convenient pick-up slot. Please arrive at your chosen time (within 30 minutes, give or take) to collect your freshly baked goodies from our Newark location.

 

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We aim for flexibility! For changes or cancellations, please notify us via email at cravencrunch.cookies@gmail.com or through WhatsApp within the first 2 days of placing your order. We'll be happy to assist you.
